The Use of Artificial Intelligence at LAUDE

At LAUDE, we use high-performance Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems to, on occasion, deliver our services to clients. These systems are developed and used in accordance with the AI Act (EU) 2024/1689 and are subject to internal assessment and oversight to ensure transparency, fairness, traceability and security.

We apply AI to support our experts and our clients’ users in carrying out their activities within a private, secure and controlled environment. The use of this technology entails significant responsibility, which is why we operate in accordance with the highest ethical standards, in line with the aforementioned Regulation.

  • Fairness
    We use AI fairly, without favouring or discriminating against anyone. We ensure that our models are trained using diverse and representative data in order to avoid biases that could disadvantage any individual or group.
  • Reliability and Security
    Every AI-generated output undergoes rigorous controls. We work with robust methodologies and continuously update our models to ensure they are reliable, secure and effective in real-world scenarios.
  • Transparency and Explainability
    Our clients must understand why the systems used recommend certain actions. For this reason, we provide clear explanations regarding the variables influencing each operation, fostering trust and the responsible use of information.
  • Accountability
    Behind every automated decision there is a human team responsible for supervision, validation and accountability. LAUDE does not replace professional expertise; it enhances it. Our role is to provide data-driven support, not to dictate decisions.
  • Privacy
    We process users’ personal data with the utmost confidentiality. We strictly comply with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR principles and apply data protection by design principles. No data is used without explicit consent and the corresponding personal data processing agreement.
  • Humanity
    We believe that technology should enhance human performance and wellbeing, not dehumanise it. LAUDE delivers its services in accordance with this principle.
